Matt Anderson has been a part of the Chicagoland Real Estate community since 2001. He began his career with Kiferbaum Construction Corporation as an assistant Superintendent on projects for the corporation from June 2001 to December 2001. From January 2002 to May 2003, Matt worked as an Associate Industrial Broker for Insignia/ ESG in the Chicagoland market. In his short time at Insignia, he contributed to the completion of transactions totaling over 188,000 SF.

Matt’s responsibilities at Anderson Associates Inc. are assisting in development projects, expanding Anderson Associates, Inc’s project management capabilities, as well as client and asset brokerage representation. Matt provides additional support which allows Anderson Associates to improve and expand its client services.

With Anderson Associates, Matt has been involved with the brokerage, development, or project management of deals totaling over $60,000,000. 

Matt graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2000 with a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in American Civilization.  He and his family live in Palatine, IL.
